Important Booking Policies
To preserve a seamless and elevated experience for both your group and our team, please review the following:
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your group booking
• Group bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis
• Changes may be made up to 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment
• Remaining balance must be paid in full (PIF) 7 days before your appointment date
• No changes may be made once payment in full has been processed
• Service substitutions are subject to availability and service flow
• Final group size and service selections must be confirmed prior to PIF

Next Steps:
1) Submit your completed group booking request
2) Our team will review availability and assess service flow
3) You will receive a follow-up email within 72 hours confirming availability
4) If approved, an invoice for the 50% non-refundable deposit will be emailed
5) Invoices must be accepted and paid within 36 hours to hold reserved service times
• Unpaid invoices may result in released appointment slots
6) Once the deposit is paid, your group booking is officially secured
7) Final payment will be due 7 days prior to your appointment date
